Two things that God has called and anointed us to be in Hong Kong:

[32] I have come to call not those who think they are righteous, but those who know they are sinners and need to repent.”

Jesus Lifehouse exists for the beautiful unsaved young people of Hong Kong. They are Gods priority. We exist to fill heaven with people from Hong Kong. We are here to impact people’s eternities.

Unsaved young people need: 未信主的年輕人需要：

1 – To be loved and believed in 被愛和得到信任
ENEMY: Cliques
仇敵：結黨

2 – A clear and simple gospel message 一個清晰和簡單的福音訊息
ENEMY: ‘Christianese’ and lack of focus on Jesus
仇敵：“掛名的基督徒”和沒有專注在耶穌身上

2 – An increasingly ‘discipling’ church 一間增長並“有紀律”的教會

Ephesians 4:11-16 (NLT)
Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. [12] Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ. [13] This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ. [14] Then we will no longer be immature like children. We won’t be tossed and blown about by every wind of new teaching. We will not be influenced when people try to trick us with lies so clever they sound like the truth. [15] Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church. [16] He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.

Growing and healthy disciples need leaders who speak:

1 – Truth 真理
2 – Love 愛心

Hebrews 12:5-11 NLT
And have you forgotten the encouraging words God spoke to you as his children? He said, “My child, don’t make light of the LORD’s discipline, and don’t give up when he corrects you. For the LORD disciplines those he loves, and he punishes each one he accepts as his child.” As you endure this divine discipline, remember that God is treating you as his own children. Who ever heard of a child who is never disciplined by its father? If God doesn’t discipline you as he does all of his children, it means that you are illegitimate and are not really his children at all. Since we respected our earthly fathers who disciplined us, shouldn’t we submit even more to the discipline of the Father of our spirits, and live forever? For our earthly fathers disciplined us for a few years, doing the best they knew how. But God’s discipline is always good for us, so that we might share in his holiness. No discipline is enjoyable while it is happening—it’s painful! But afterward there will be a peaceful harvest of right living for those who are trained in this way.

There are moments where The Holy Spirit is moving and God will speak to you, the leader, to address something. These are significant opportunities from God to make dramatic growth and advance the Kingdom, but they often only come once.
這是聖靈動工的時候，而 神會對你們——領袖——説話。這是一個從 神而來的很重要的機會，去大大地拓展 神的國度，但這些機會可能只得一次。

God moments are often brief and situational (totally unplanned). If you get the feeling that it’s a God moment, it probably is and you need to speak Gods truth.
神的時刻通常都是可遇不可求（完全不能預計的），如果你感覺到這是 神的時刻，這可能是你需要説出真理的時候。

2 – Leaders have a responsibility to confront rudeness

But I am saying that you shouldn’t act as if everything is just fine when a friend who claims to be a Christian is promiscuous or crooked, is flip with God or rude to friends, gets drunk or becomes greedy and predatory. You can’t just go along with this, treating it as acceptable behavior. I’m not responsible for what the outsiders do, but don’t we have some responsibility for those within our community of believers? God decides on the outsiders, but we need to decide when our brothers and sisters are out of line and, if necessary, clean house.
